Local calaveras news site (www.thepinetree.net) has daily updates on the Ramsey fire. The fire started near/at the Ramsey put-in and is burning up canyon toward Bear Valley. Hells Kitchen put-in appears to be pretty far upstream of the fire, so there may be access unless authorities are stopping people from going in the road. Ramsey put-in, at the starting point, would be accessible too unless firefighters have blocked access there as well. No word on whether or not authorities are blocking access to these roads.
