    Default Follow-Up Review - Bliss-Stick Tuna (multi-day / self-support)

Here is a quick follow-up to my first impressions review of the Tuna. Since doing self-support trips was the main reason for me adding this boat to my quiver, I wanted to give a synopsis on how I felt it performed. For the results, go here:

    Solid review Nate!

Wondering where you would rate edges compared to a Stomper and a Burn if a Stomper is a 5 and a Burn is a 10?
    Thanks!

    Thanks for the kind words!

I paddled the Burn for about 2 years (the older model), and I can tell you that the Tuna's edges are certainly softer. I also had a love/hate relationship with the Burn (mostly good), due to its sharp edges. Since I've not paddled the Stomper, it's hard for me to make a highly accurate comparison to that boat. That said, from what I've seen in person and in pictures, the edges of the Stomper look similar to that of the Mystic (which I've also paddled for a few years). Using the Mystic as a reference point, I would say the Tuna's edges would fall right in the middle of the two boats -- so to answer your question specifically, I'd probably give it a 7.5.

If you haven't already seen this photo, here is one I took of the hull/edges of the Tuna:

    Hope this helps!

Sounds about right. The Stomper is well worth checking out.
