Could this be more ambiguous?
"Found something" doesn't really give a lot of information nor does "South Fork".

I lost a ninja turtle figurine on the South American (Gorge)
I lost a burn, a breakdown werner, a watershed, a salamander throwbag, and a bagel on the south fork yuba (gap).
I lost my bag of snacks on the South fork tuolomne.
I lost a 12 back of PBR on the South fork feather.
