What do you think is the heaviest/longest walk one may have acomplished with this product?

Hi there,
We recommend the heaviest should be the 200 lbs(guessing that would be unlikely) but the straps strength is capable of alot more and the longest would mostly be how long a persons body could withstand it,having little to nothing to do with strap itself.The strap unfortunately doesnt make it lighter,just less stress in key areas of body and distributing the weight to the stongest parts.So,its determined by a specifics person strength and endurance.
Personally I have carried over 100 lbs. At 6'4", I could portage that around rougher terrain for about 100 yds without a break.
