Linville is in Northern NC, close to Boone. About 2 hours (give or take) from Asheville. Beautiful area, tons of steep creeks, great mountain biking, moonshine, and you gotta love that southern accent on a cute little mountain girl.

I am possibly moving to Asheville in the fall. I've been hearing nothing but good things about the whitewater over there. Can't wait to check it out.
