Last Saturday I left my paddle at the "scenic takeout" (below gang bang) of the Chamise Gorge run on the Kern; when I came back 20 minutes later it was gone. It was a Werner carbon fiber paddle with orange reflective stickers on both blades, blue electrical tape in the center of the shaft, and red electrical tape on the right end of the shaft. Also, it had my name and phone number painted on the blade but I'm not sure how legible that was.
