Gold Country Paddlers currently has over 300 members. Whether you have just taken your first roll class or you are a strong class IV paddler you will find great people to boat with. We have planned trips most weekends announced in our monthly electronic newsletter plus many trips that are arranged via our list-server. Dues are only $10.00 annually.
Trip leaders are volunteers, not paid employees. It is your responsibility to decide if you are competent enough to be on the river. Although we look out for each other, You are responsible for your own safety.
It is not the purpose of Gold Country Paddlers to provide instruction. Please seek instruction from a qualified instructor before joining Gold Country Paddlers.
