Ron Rogers has volunteered with AW to share a technical summary of California law for boaters, riparian landowners, and government officials, about the public’s right to legally navigate, use, and enjoy the creeks and rivers of California, as is guaranteed by Federal and State law.

While citing court cases may not work with a crazed miner toting a shotgun in your face, I know at least a couple of folks that have used AW after the local sheriff decided the above laws were not quite relevant. Yet another reason to shell out the $35 to be a member?
