Class I/II on Tues, Wed, Thurs?

I'd like to get out on the water this week. Beginning kayaker with only a couple of runs in my kayak, but want more! Maybe the Middle Fork American from Greenwood Bridge to Mammoth Bar, American from Sunrise to Watt, or Stanislaus Knights Ferry to Oakdale. I'm open to other sugestions as well. Have truck for easy shuttle.
