hi Mark,

I'll probably be up there Sat and Sunday looking to boat Class IV stuff, maybe III if the flows are making the other runs unfun.

speaking of which, anyone got a recent visual on Brush Creek and the gauge?

4.5 yesterday (Sunday). Monday is overcast and cool here - could bring flows down somewhat...
Don't let the high flows fool you, there is still plenty of stuff on the river that is not too bad. JD and I boated from Brush Creek down to town yesterday, Chemise and Thuder Run had some nasty spots, but runs like Limeston, Ant Canyon and Cable are just big water fun (III-IV). A swim could spell trouble since the river is in the trees along much of the bank, but a boater with a solid roll could have a good time. It would help to go with someone that knows the runs though since a few large holes are lurking in some sections...

thanks Eric

(I think we met when we ran the lower with Geno in January this year on a release day...)

I'll definitely be on Cable, and probably limestone this weekend. I'll scout ant canyon and it depends on who I'm with whether we'll run it or not. Same for Brush.
