Hey boaters

Looking for folks that may want to get out on the LA River. (Yes THE Los Angeles River) May 6th.

We are doing a clean up of the river and need help reaching some of the deeper areas.
We are also looking for folks with tandems or canoes to shuttle gear and participants out to some of the islands.

Most importantly we are bring awareness to the once year round river that ran through Los Angles and its need to be revitalized.

There are 15 sites through out the region but we are looking for the kayakers and canoers at the Atwater Site.
