The Sierra Nevada Whitewater Club is the local group in the Reno area. Call Charles Albright at 775-324-5102. Or just show up at the club's races in May, a week after Reno's professional whitewater event. Saturday will be a downriver race, Sunday is the slalom. Everything is based at the whitewater park downtown during that event.

I might be available on Sunday, if I finish my project this morning. I'm usually available on weekends. I'm a IV-V kayaker/rafter, but haven't done the V's lately. 775-356-6580
