Know this is well out but a couple of us from TN plan on making a trip to CA this spring/early summer. Looking to paddle Cl 4-5, ideally around the Yosemite but not required. Have about 4-5 days to work with. Any suggestions on where/when to go would be appreciated. Also, anyone willing to show us the lines on a couple of your gems would be MOST appreciated.

you can hit the kern/kaweah (brush creek, forks of the kern, etc.) drainages down south, or you can work on the area around the american/yuba drainages (giant gap, kyburz, e to p, 49 to b, chamberlains) etc.
